We are looking for a Customer Service & Order Management Specialist to join a dynamic team focused on delivering excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor customer orders from receipt to delivery.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry and updates in internal systems.
Coordinate deliveries and resolve logistics-related issues.
Inform customers about order changes, delays, and complaints resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an efficient and seamless service.
Validate transport documentation and support invoicing processes.
Deliver an excellent customer experience while ensuring compliance with internal procedures.

Requirements
Secondary School Diploma (minimum requirement).
At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or Complaint Handling.
Knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, or Salesforce (preferred).
Fluency in English (mandatory).
Good computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems.

What We Offer
Fixed-term employment contract under an outsourcing model.
Working schedule Monday to Friday, 0700 AM to 0400 PM.
Hybrid work model with 2 days of remote work per week.
Workplace location Leça do Balio.
Base Salary 950/month
Meal Allowance 11/day (meal card)
Language Allowance 100/month
